Before cotton candy became a carnival treat, delicate strands of spun sugar were part of Middle Eastern celebrations, known as Ghazl el Banat, threads of sugar pulled by hand into something between candy and art.

We layer that tradition with our own pistachio paste, handcrafted in small batches, and enclose it in TAWDI milk chocolate. The result is soft, nutty, and quietly nostalgic, a childhood memory reimagined in a modern bar.
