You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is ready (usually within 24 hours). Walk in, give us your name and order number, and we’ll hand you your handcrafted order — simple as that.

🚗 Need Same-Day Pickup?

We usually fulfill orders within 24 hours, but some items may be out of stock or made-to-order. If you’re in a hurry or need something the same day, call us at (657) 933-1832 before placing your order, and we’ll let you know what’s available and how fast we can prepare it.

🧊 Warm Weather Notice

We make our chocolates fresh and preservative-free. If you're picking up during hot weather, we recommend bringing a cooler bag — or let us know if you’d like extra insulation.

🚚 Shipping Information

We ship our chocolates with care so they arrive fresh and in perfect condition.

Shipping Days: Monday–Wednesday only. Orders placed after Wednesday ship the following Monday.
Packaging: All shipments are insulated with liners and ice packs (cold packs) to protect quality.
Ground (typically 1–5 business days): Best value. Freshness is not guaranteed if transit exceeds 2 days.
2-Day Air / Next Day Air: Recommended for guaranteed freshness, especially outside nearby states or during heat.
Free Shipping: Ground only on orders $125+ to CA, NV, AZ, UT.

Free Ground eligibility: Subtotal $125+ after discounts (before tax). Applies to Ground service within CA, NV, AZ, UT only.
