Return & Exchange Policy

At TAWDI, every chocolate is handcrafted in small batches for freshness and quality. Because our products are perishable, we do not accept returns on non-defective items.

Returns for Defective Products Only

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase and photos of the issue are required.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

  • Once the defective product is received and inspected, we will issue a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

We do accept exchanges for defective items. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
