We don't keep boxes of favors on a shelf. Once you order, we make your chocolates by hand in our Anaheim kitchen, to your quantity, your design and your date. Printing, engraving, sizes and decorations are all planned around your event, so what arrives is made for your day.

Custom orders for customers across the United States
We make custom orders for customers all over the United States, with many coming from Los Angeles, San Diego, Rancho Cucamonga and San Francisco. Pickup is at our Anaheim shop and local delivery covers about a 40-mile radius. For customers farther away, shipping is available on request at the customer's cost, planned around the weather to protect the chocolate.

How do I get a quote?
Call us or send the form above. Tell us the occasion, date, approximate quantity and any ideas, and we will come back to you with options and pricing.
How far ahead should I order?
Please allow 10 to 15 calendar days after your 50% deposit is received and your final design is approved. For larger events, we recommend contacting us earlier so we can plan around your date.
Is there a minimum order?
Custom orders start at 30 pieces.
How much do custom favors cost?
It depends on the design you choose, from a simple foil-wrapped chocolate to a favor with printing, an engraved acrylic piece, ribbon or accessories, or a different chocolate size or shape. Packaging, such as a box, bag or baby carriage, and your quantity also play a part. Call us or send the form with your idea and guest count, and we will quote it.
Can you personalize my order?
Yes. We print custom labels and a second printed wrap over the foil wrap, and we cut and engrave acrylic and wood. We also offer different chocolate sizes, plus accessories and decorations. Tell us your idea and we will shape it with you.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A 50% deposit confirms your order.
Where do I pick up?
At our shop, 2424 W Ball Rd, Suite N, Anaheim, CA 92804. Sunday to Thursday 10 am to 8 pm, Friday and Saturday 10 am to 9 pm. Pickup is our preferred way to hand over custom orders, helping preserve their freshness and presentation.
Do you deliver or ship?
Local delivery is available within about a 40-mile radius of our shop for $125. Shipping is possible on request, at the customer's own responsibility, because chocolate can be sensitive in transit, especially in larger orders. We recommend pickup or local delivery whenever you can.
What about allergies?
Our kitchen handles milk, soy, tree nuts and wheat. Please tell us about any allergies when you call or write, and we will tell you exactly what is in your order.
