At TAWDI, every order is prepared fresh to guarantee quality and flavor.
Processing Time
- Every order is prepared fresh and shipped on Monday or Tuesday.
- We time each shipment so your chocolate never waits over the weekend. If a box would be in transit on Saturday or Sunday, we hold it and ship the following Monday.
- Orders placed after Tuesday ship the following Monday.
- You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.
Local Pickup (Anaheim, CA)
- Pickup is available at our shop near Disneyland.
- You’ll receive an email once your order is ready for collection.
- For same-day pickup, please call us at (657) 933-1832 before placing your order to confirm availability.
U.S. Shipping
- Every order is packed cold, with insulation and ice packs, and shipped late in the day once it has cooled.
- Free shipping on orders of $65 or more to the 48 contiguous states, via Ground (1–5 days).
- Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and military addresses ship by air (2nd Day Air or Next Day Air) at calculated rates.
- Ground is the most economical option. For destinations more than 2 days away, we recommend 2-Day Air or Next Day Air for the safest arrival.
- Tracking is sent as soon as your order ships.
Warm Weather Notice
Our chocolates are made without preservatives, so they are sensitive to heat. In warm weather, we recommend 2-Day Air or Next Day Air, or local pickup if you are nearby. When your box arrives, please bring it inside and refrigerate it right away.
