📦 How do I place an order?
Browse our chocolate collections, choose your favorites, and check out online. You can order 24/7, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready for pickup or shipment.

📍 Where do I pick up my order?
All pickups are from our Anaheim shop:
2424 W Ball Rd, Ste N, Anaheim, CA 92804
Hours: Sunday–Thursday, 10 am–8 pm; Friday–Saturday, 10 am–9 pm

🕒 When will my order be ready?
Most pickup orders are ready within 2 hours during shop hours. If an item is out of stock or made-to-order, we’ll contact you with an update. Shipped orders follow our shipping schedule.

📦 Do you ship orders placed on Fridays or weekends?
We ship on Mondays and Tuesdays. If a box could be in transit over a weekend, or we aren’t sure it will arrive by Friday, we hold it and ship the following Monday so your chocolate never sits in the heat.

🚚 Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders of $65 or more ship free to the 48 contiguous states via Ground. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and military addresses ship by air at calculated rates.

🍫 Estimated Delivery Times (after shipment):

• Ground shipping takes 1–5 business days depending on distance.
• For destinations more than 2 days away, we recommend 2-Day Air or Next Day Air for the safest arrival.
• ❄️ Insulation and ice packs are always included.

🚗 Can I get same-day pickup?
Yes, when the items are in stock. Stock can sell out during the day, so please call us at (657) 933-1832 to double-check before ordering.

🧊 What if the weather is hot?
We recommend bringing a cooler bag for pickups during hot weather. For shipping, choose 2-Day Air or Next Day Air for safest delivery.

🥶 Do I need to refrigerate my chocolates?
Yes. Refrigerate upon arrival for maximum freshness.
For best flavor, remove from fridge 10–15 minutes before serving.

🍫 Are your chocolates made fresh?
Absolutely — handcrafted daily in small batches using our signature European chocolate blend, real couverture, never compound.

🎁 Do you make custom chocolate favors for weddings and events?
Yes. We make custom, personalized chocolate favors and gifts in our Anaheim kitchen. Custom orders start at 30 pieces and take 10 to 15 calendar days after your 50% deposit and final design approval. See our custom chocolate favors page or call (657) 933-1832.
