📦 How do I place an order?
Browse our chocolate collections, choose your favorites, and check out online. You can order 24/7, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready for pickup or shipment.
📍 Where do I pick up my order?
All pickups are from our Anaheim shop:
2424 W Ball Rd, Ste N, Anaheim, CA 92804
Hours: Monday–Sunday, 10 am–8 pm
🕒 When will my order be ready?
Most orders are ready within 24 hours. If an item is out of stock or made-to-order, we’ll contact you with an update.
📦 Do you ship orders placed on Fridays or weekends?
No. To protect quality, we only ship Monday–Wednesday. Orders placed after Wednesday will ship on Monday.
🍫 Estimated Delivery Times (after shipment):
- California & Nearby States (NV, AZ, UT): 1–2 business days
- Other U.S. States: 2–4 business days
- ❄️ Insulation and ice packs are always included during warm months.
🚗 Can I get same-day pickup?
Yes — call us at (657) 933-1832 before ordering to check availability.
🧊 What if the weather is hot?
We recommend bringing a cooler bag for pickups during hot weather. For shipping, choose 2-Day Air or Next Day Air for safest delivery.
🥶 Do I need to refrigerate my chocolates?
Yes. Refrigerate upon arrival for maximum freshness.
For best flavor, remove from fridge 10–15 minutes before serving.
🍫 Are your chocolates made fresh?
Absolutely — handcrafted daily in small batches using real Swiss couverture chocolate, never compound.
❤️ What does TAWDI mean?
TAWDI means “Thank you” in Aramaic, the language of Jesus. Every chocolate we create is made as a gesture of gratitude and love.
