At TAWDI, every order is prepared fresh to guarantee quality and flavor.

Processing Time

Most orders are prepared and shipped within 1 business day. Orders placed after Wednesday will ship the following Monday to protect quality.

Pickup is available at our shop near Disneyland.

U.S. Shipping

• Shipping Days: Monday–Wednesday only. Orders placed after Wednesday ship the following Monday.
• Packaging: Insulated liners + ice packs (cold packs) to protect quality.
• Ground (1–5 business days): Best value, but freshness not guaranteed if transit exceeds 2 days.
• 2-Day Air / Next Day Air: Recommended for guaranteed freshness.
• Free Ground Shipping: Available on orders $125+ to CA, NV, AZ, UT only.

Free Ground eligibility: Subtotal $125+ after discounts (before tax). Applies to Ground service within CA, NV, AZ, UT only.

Warm Weather Notice

Because our chocolates are preservative-free, they are sensitive to heat. We recommend 2-Day Air or Next Day Air during warm months.
